I have sooo much energy when I take one capsule of colostrum in the morning. I cannot take this every day. Maybe I’d get used to it, but I kind of don’t want to. It’s really great for those days that I want to ski really hard or I have to be super mom for the day. I’ll take it hiking and backpacking with me this summer. I haven’t noticed any effect other than the super energy. But if energy is what you’re looking for this is the stuff.

I have had problems with my colon and my Gastroenterologist recommended this because of its strength.
I have been very happy with the results. Now my lady partner and her son also take it.

I had a GI map that showed one of my keystone bacteria species (Faecalibacterium prausnitzii) was too low to detect. After consistent use of prebiotic gold, I have since tested in a normal range. This is the exact suppliement to boost that particular strain. Gut health is everything and as I've gotten older I've had to pay a lot closer attention to my diet and supplements. This is good stuff!!

I have both IBS and IBD (UC) and I've struggled to manage IBS while on remission of IBD. The GLR-6 has been great to manage the IBS, I've been able to eat things that previously I couldn't (on small amounts), and when I eat something that my bowels don't like, I recover much faster, just a few days instead of several weeks. Please note that I'm also taking the Phage-1, which is supposed to keep the bad bacteria under control, so I can't tell exactly which is doing more, but I've definitely felt better a few weeks after I started taking both daily.

I have found Phage 1 to be especially effective when strep throat is going around. It has really helped me stay healthy and fight off various seasonal illnesses.

I have been using golden kiwi prebiotics and phage-1 for about a year. These supplements make a huge difference in how my stomach feels,, I shared it with my daughter and she also is very happy with the supplements. Delivery to Canada takes 2 to 3 weeks and we have to pay import duties but the product definitely worth it

I've struggled with chronic gastritis for three years and have been relying on the maximum dose of PPIs you can take. Even with those, I was still in constant pain.

A month ago, I completely stopped PPIs and began Intestinal Fortitude's "Reduce, Repair, Rebuild" bundle. I didn't have much hope that it would work, but I was wrong. In tandem with the supplements, I went to a strict, non-inflammatory diet (mostly fresh vegetable juice multiple times throughout the day day and sweet potatoes + baked fish + rice in the evenings).

The pain has mostly stopped. And if I feel it coming on, I take additional GRL-6 supplements. It's a game-changer and I finally have some hope that round after round of specialists couldn't give me. So grateful. I don't think the supplements are necessarily a cure-all. In my case, I had to cut out bad habits to let the supplements do their work. Either way, I am incredibly grateful.

These products are working to give me great gut and intestinal health. Very satisfied and know I am taking a high quality product.

I was taking 2 tablets for a couple of months and not noticing any difference so I called and talked to Will and he said to up it to 3 so that is when I ordered 2 more bottles but I came down with Covid and was pretty sick for over 2 weeks so I just started taking the product again I take a lot of supplements and when I got sick I stopped everything except my prescription pills. So I will let Will know in about a month how I am doing with the 3 tablets a day thanks Jan

I like all the Intestinal Fortitude products but my favorites by far are the L-glutamine and GLR6. The larger quantity the better. I’ve tried other brands of similar ingredients but Intestinal Fortitude is the best in my opinion.
